When you have arranged
an appointment; make sure, if possible, your computer equipment is switched on and have any relevant software disks to hand.

All areas within Bristol. Surrounding areas include anywhere up to Weston-Super-Mare, Bath and Stroud.
Charges:
In
general, I do not charge call outs for appointments within normal business hours. During out of hours or emergencies, I charge
a modest call out fee which includes travel and the first half-hour of work. Many issues I encounter can be resolved within
this first half hour. 30-day payment terms can be offered to businesses, however generous discounts apply if immediate
payment is offered. I am not registered for VAT therefore saving you the additional 20%. Contact me to find out more -
you'll be quoted when you book an appointment.
Qualifications:
I have had over 10 years experience working in-house within
Information Technology and Television Production, a degree in Physics and have passed the Comptia A+ PC Repair and
the Cisco CCNA1 & CCNA2 Network Engineering exams.
Insurance:
I am fully covered with both Public Liability and Professional
Indemnity insurance.
